Tecnomac has developed a machine for assembly of the two metal parts that make up the drum brake shoes without welding.

This machine also provides, during the assembly phase, calibration of the diameter of the band on which the linings is pasted in.The tightness of the metal parts, as certified by UTIL (official supplier to Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia) is at least twice as required by the customer specifications. The standard productivity of a machine for medium-sized shoes is 14 pieces per minute (minimum guaranteed productivity).
